How to Remove the Fuel Pump on a Chevrolet Aveo

How do you remove the fuel pump on a Chevrolet Aveo LT? Start by disconnecting the battery cables, then remove the rear seat cushions of the car. Unscrew the securing screws of the metal cap (if present) using a socket wrench, remove it from its seat, and cover the perimeter with absorbent paper to catch any fluid leaks. Unscrew the clamp securing the fuel pump, disconnect the power connectors and the fluid circulation hoses. Extract the floating fuel pump from its seat along with any attached components. Finally, install a new part.
