How to Replace the Radiator on the Chevrolet S-10

Today, we will explain how to replace the radiator on the Chevy S-10, produced from 1994 to 2004. Start the replacement by opening the front bonnet and removing the radiator cap. Using pliers, open the drain tap and allow the fluid to flow into a container placed on the passenger side near the front wheel. Continue removing the radiator by unscrewing the bolts located at the bottom of the piece and proceed with removing the overflow pipe. Remove the clips and rubber bushes from the top of the radiator. Remove the fan clutch nut, take off the fan and the pipe. Unscrew the upper screws and extract the radiator. Insert the new radiator and connect the lower overflow pipes. Connect the connectors and screw in the lower bolts. Refit the fan clutch and pipes, and install the clips and rubber bushes to secure the radiator. Pour the coolant into the reservoir and close the front bonnet.
