Replacing the radiator on a Chevrolet Aveo? This operation is quite complex, let's see. Remove the bumper to access the radiator. Open the bonnet, detach the engine soundproofing panel, then use a suitable socket spanner to remove the plates that secure the radiator at the top. Lift the car on a column lift and loosen the clamp on the water hose. Disconnect the various hoses of the cooling system. Once free from screws and pipes, you can extract the fan assembly and then the radiator from the engine bay. Follow the video guide to disassemble all the parts. Refit all the parts in reverse order.
