Radiator Replacement Instructions

Model: Chevrolet Aveo MK 1, T200 - Years 2002-2011

To remove and replace a damaged radiator, it is advisable to carry out this operation when the engine is cold to avoid unpleasant burns, and first disconnect the power connector of the cooling fan and remove it (you will also need to remove the fixing pins of the power steering oil reservoir). Once the fan is removed, disconnect the radiator hoses, drain the coolant, and unscrew the fixing bracket bolts to extract it from its housing. At this point, working in reverse, install the new radiator and fill the system with the appropriate coolant.
