Removing Brake Discs on Chevrolet Kalos

Unscrew the wheel fastening bolts of the affected wheel, lift the car with a jack (if you do not have a ramp), and remove the wheel. Next, unscrew the two 14 mm bolts located behind the brake disc that secure it to the black support (which holds it to the suspension). After unscrewing the two 14 mm bolts (the upper and the lower), unscrew the other two bolts nearby, which are 19 mm. After pushing the cylinder inward through the designated gap, you can remove the caliper and replace the brake pads. At this point, unscrew the last two 19 mm bolts to remove the disc.
