Replacing Brake Pads on Chevrolet Cruze

Loosen the bolts of the affected wheel, lift the car with a jack, and remove them completely. After removing the wheel, locate the 18 mm bolts securing the caliper.

They are located behind the caliper, one at the top and one at the bottom, as shown in the video. Once the two bolts are removed, you can take out the caliper and remove the worn pads.

If the new pads do not fit into the pistons, being obviously thicker than the worn ones, use a large flat screwdriver to push the pistons back. For reassembly, reverse the process, starting with the caliper and finishing with mounting the wheel.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
