How to Replace the Timing Chain on a Chevrolet Spark

To replace the timing chain on a Chevrolet Spark, loosen the screws securing the timing cover panel on the left side of the engine. Once this panel is removed, loosen the bolts securing the chain tensioner to reduce its tension; at this point, the chain can be removed from the sprockets to be replaced with a new spare part. After replacement, refit all previously removed components.
