This guide shows how to replace the rear outer door handle on a Chevrolet Equinox Mk1. With the door open, remove the rubber cap located on the side. Next, unscrew the Torx T25 screw to remove the lock cylinder cover. To remove the lever, pry towards the hinge of the handle while simultaneously pulling the piece. Once this element is removed, clean the area with a cloth and install the new handle. First, insert the lever and then the lock cylinder cover. Reinstall the Torx screw and check the proper operation of the handle.
