In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the cabin air filter in a Chevrolet Malibu by following some simple steps. First, purchase a new, quality cabin filter from an authorised dealer. Next, get into the vehicle, turn off the engine, and pull the handbrake. The cabin filter is located behind the glove compartment, so remove all items inside it. Open the drawer and remove the side wire, then press the sides of the drawer inward to lower it completely. Use a screwdriver to open the filter cover, remove the old filter element, and insert the new pollen filter following the arrows on the filter. Reposition the cover and secure it with the appropriate tab.
