How to Reset the Oil Light on Chevrolet Tahoe

In this tutorial, you will see how to reset the oil light on a Chevrolet Tahoe by following simple steps. When the oil change light comes on and the display shows the message: (CHANGE ENGINE OIL), the first thing to do is to change the engine oil and the oil filter. After performing the DIY service, get into your car and press the accelerator pedal three times within a period of 5 seconds, then turn on the ignition with the engine off; at this point, the message (OIL LIFE RESET) will appear on the display. Turn off the ignition and turn it back on to check that the light has gone out. Reset complete.
