In this video tutorial, you can see how to reset the oil life indicator on a Chevrolet Impala. The first step is to perform maintenance on the vehicle, such as changing the engine oil and filters. After completing the DIY service, get in the vehicle, engage the parking brake, insert the key, and turn on the ignition. The display shows the message "CHANGE ENGINE OIL SOON". Use the buttons on the right side of the dashboard; press the second button down with the car symbol; hold this button until you find the oil life "OIL LIFE"; now press and hold the button with the checkmark until it reaches 100%. Reset completed.
