Replacement of Engine Air Filter

Model: Chevrolet Matiz MK 1 - Years 1998-2010

The engine air filter housing is located at the front right of the engine bay when viewed from the front; once you have opened the bonnet and located the filter box, unscrew the screws securing the cover, lift it off, and remove the old filter; clean out any dirt from inside, taking care not to let it fall into the intake duct (it is advisable not to use compressed air); then fit the new filter, ensuring the seals sit perfectly against the edges, and reposition the cover, tightening the securing screws.
