When the instrument cluster of the Chevrolet Cruze displays code 82, it indicates that the engine oil needs to be changed. After performing this operation, you can turn on the instrument cluster by turning the ignition key. Now, press the MENU button located on the lever to the left of the steering wheel and scroll by rotating the cursor next to the button.

Stop when the display shows "Reset". Then, press and hold the SET/CLR button at the end of the lever until code 82 is reset.
