Today's main steps will show us how to disassemble and replace the fuel pump of the Citroen Xsara Picasso 1.8. First, we lift the vehicle and start disassembling and removing the fuel tank from the car, unscrewing all the bracket screws and disconnecting the pipes; then we disconnect the fuel pump and the electrical connector of the fuel level sensor, as shown in the video. At this point, we unscrew the fuel pump ring to remove it and replace it with the new one, as well as with the original spare part; finally, we reassemble the fuel tank!
