Open the bonnet, locate the ECU connector, which is at the back centre of the engine bay to the left of the intake manifold. Gently reach in, grasp it, and disconnect it; now take the wiring of the additional ECU, and insert the connector into the additional wiring harness.

At this point, feed the cables into the engine bay to connect the remaining free connector to the engine ECU, where you initially disconnected the original connector. This will create a bridge connection between the engine and the additional ECU.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat.
