How do you change the oil and oil filter in the Citroen C3 Aircross?
Model: Citroen C3 Aircross
MK 1
- Years 2017-2024
To change the oil and also the oil filter in our Citroen C3 Aircross, the steps are very simple and similar to those of many other cars. First, we lift the car on ramps so that we can access the underside of the car. Once we have done this, we locate the oil pan and unscrew the cap to let the old oil drain out. We use a basin to catch it as it comes out. To help the oil drain out, we open the hood and open the oil cap near the engine. Once we have done this, we move on to the filter, which in this vehicle is located under the engine group on the right. It may be a bit difficult to access, but with the right tools, as shown in the video, removing it will not be a problem. Once removed, we can replace the filter with a new one, making sure to clean its housing from any excess old oil. After changing the filter, we go back under the car and, as always, we clean the thread where the oil pan cap is screwed in and the surrounding area, close it with a new cap if possible, and the job is done! Now we can add new oil to our car.

Installation of Upgraded Intercooler Radiator with Pipes
Lift the vehicle on suitable axle stands, remove the front wheels, and then the front bumper and grille. Proceed to remove the front headlights; drain the coolant, remove the intercooler radiator and the hoses connecting it to the intake system. Position the new intercooler radiator in the grille, temporarily securing it with cable ties, and mark with a marker the part of the metal that needs to be removed to allow the new hoses to pass through. Cut the marked portion of metal and apply a gasket to the edge. Remove the inner cover of the bumper and position it near the radiator to identify any interfering parts to eliminate: again, apply a gasket to the edge of the cut. Create brackets for securing the new radiator and proceed with the installation of the connecting pipes from the radiator to the intake, shaping and connecting them appropriately. Finally, reassemble the bumper, headlights, and grille. by ScegliAuto More videos
