How to install the elastic belt without a tensioner on the Citroen Jumper.

On the Citroen Jumper, the installation with an elastic belt is done without a tensioner. With the engine off and the vehicle secured, check the path of the belt on the pulleys as shown, then pre-position the belt starting from the deepest pulley, leaving the one for the final fitting free. Apply the dedicated tool (or the guide ring indicated by the kit) on the chosen pulley, keeping the belt tight against the grooves and centered; by manually rotating the flywheel/alternator in the correct direction, the belt will slide and settle onto the last pulley. At the end, check that each groove is centered, with no twists, and perform a manual check to confirm alignment. Finally, remove the installation tool shown in the video and briefly start the engine to check for smooth passage.
