Today, you will learn how to replace the timing belt on the 2012 Citroen C4 Picasso independently. To perform the timing belt replacement, open the front bonnet and use a spanner to undo the nut that secures the belt to the roller. After undoing the nut and releasing the tension, slide the belt off the roller. Grease the new timing belt and insert it onto the roller. Tighten the nut to restore tension to the belt. Close the front bonnet at the end of the procedure. During this operation, it may be necessary to put the vehicle on a ramp to also replace the water pump.
