How to Replace the Starter Motor on the Citroen C2

The instructions in this guide will show you how to remove and replace the starter motor on the Citroen C2. First, open the bonnet of the vehicle and start by disconnecting and removing the ECU located next to the battery; also remove the battery by disconnecting both terminals (positive and negative) and unscrewing the bracket screw at the bottom. Next, unscrew the mounting bolts of the starter motor, disconnect the power wiring to remove it, and replace it with the new original one; all that’s left is to check the engine starts!
