On the Citroen C4, you can change the instrument cluster colours using the dial located on the left side of the steering wheel. Navigate through the menu to "colour selection" and use the dial to choose your preferred colour from the available options; this will illuminate the instrument cluster in the selected colour.

You can also select the type of sound you prefer - using the same system, find the relevant menu and then choose the sound made by the various buttons when pressed, selecting from several options and confirming with the dial on the steering wheel.
