How to Replace the Clutch Cable on a Citroen Xsara?

To replace the clutch cable on a Citroen Xsara, open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: you will need to remove both the battery and the air filter box to access the components underneath. This will allow you to locate the end of the clutch cable connected to the master cylinder: disconnect this end. Now access the interior of the vehicle by removing the protection panel behind the pedal assembly and disconnecting the clutch cable from the corresponding pedal: this will allow you to remove the old cable and replace it with a new one.
