Using an articulated ratchet wrench, gently unscrew the oil filter and extract it from its seat. Replace the used cartridge with a new one. Lift the machine with the appropriate jacks and secure it with suitable supports so that it cannot fall. Place a plastic sheet and the oil pan under the engine. Unscrew the oil cap on the engine sump and drain it. Close the oil cap, refit the oil filter and top up with new oil. Do not disperse the used oil in the environment but take it to the appropriate collection centers.
