Replacing the battery in the Citroen C4

If the battery in the Citroen C4 is flat and does not hold up to subsequent charging attempts, you need to replace it. To do this, open the bonnet of the engine bay, you will find the battery on the driver's side. Start by disconnecting the positive terminal, removing the plastic cover, and then disconnect the negative terminal.

Using a 10mm spanner with an extension, unscrew the mounting bracket on the left side. Remove the old battery, clean the inside of the terminals with sandpaper, install a new battery, apply a thin layer of copper grease on the terminals, screw the mounting bracket back on, reconnect the negative terminal, replace the cover, and finally connect the positive terminal.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
