How to Repair the Tailgate Trim of a Citroen C4

This video shows how to resolve the issue with the rear trim of the Citroen C4 that has become loose. The main reason is that there are two screws in the lock that have also loosened and need to be tightened; slamming the tailgate caused the misaligned hinge to make the trim misalign.

Once the two screws are properly tightened, consider finding a replacement part from a scrap yard or repairing the existing one. First, remove the internal trim panel of the tailgate by extracting the two large plastic screws, then remove the fixing screws from the handle recess.

Next, pull out the plastic fastening buttons and finally remove the bolts securing the trim.

Inside, you will see that the original supports have crumbled due to the forceful slamming of the tailgate; they have been re-glued, replaced with suitably sized plastic pieces, and then tightened with cable ties. Refit the trim and replace all the coverings to complete the job.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
