First, get into the vehicle and begin by removing the airbag from the steering wheel by unscrewing the side screw and disconnecting the electrical connector found on the back, as shown in the video.

At this point, remove the steering wheel buttons by also disconnecting the wiring; clean or replace the controls, and finally refit the airbag, ensuring it is connected!
