In this video, we see the opening method and the truly practical and original management features of the Cupra Leon's luggage compartment: the trunk opens from under the right rear light (when looking at the car from the back), and by pressing on the parcel shelf, it automatically retracts, providing access to the spacious trunk.

At the front of the parcel shelf, there is a protective net that can be pulled up to separate the trunk space from the rear seating area.

Additionally, by pressing the two buttons located in the luggage area, corresponding to the 60/40 split seats, it is possible to fold them down without needing to perform any operations on the seat itself. Lifting the trunk cover, we find the tools for tire repair and the jack, as well as a possible spare wheel, where applicable.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat. Be careful of any electrical cables or components that may be connected to the seat during removal. Once the rear seat is removed, the disassembly is complete.
