How to check the fluid levels on the Dacia Duster MK3

The proper maintenance of a vehicle is achieved by keeping the engine fluids levels under control, as we can see in this video for the Dacia Duster MK3: these checks should always be done with the engine cold, so we open the hood that stays still thanks to the hydraulic pistons. We check the oil level by removing the prominent yellow ring to which the probe is attached: we must clean it, put it back in and then extract it again. The right level is between "min" and "max": if it is below the minimum, it is necessary to top up with oil that has the same characteristics as those indicated in the owner's manual, through the yellow cap located nearby. The coolant tank is located on the right side of the engine compartment. Here too, the correct level is between "min" and "max". Only top up with liquid of the same color as that in the tank. The brake fluid reservoir is instead located on the opposite side, above the battery, and the level must never drop below the minimum. The windshield washer fluid tank is located on the top right near the windshield; fill it up until the liquid is visible: do not fill with water. The battery is maintenance-free, and in case it needs to be replaced, it is recommended to contact an authorized workshop. To close the hood, push down from the center until 30 cm from the seal, and let it drop.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
