How to Check Fluid Levels on the Dacia Duster MK3

Proper vehicle maintenance involves keeping an eye on the engine fluid levels, as shown in this video for the Dacia Duster MK3. Always perform these checks with the engine cold, so open the bonnet, which will stay up on its own thanks to the hydraulic struts.

Check the oil level by removing the prominent yellow ring attached to the dipstick: clean it, reinsert it, and then pull it out again.

The correct level is between "min" and "max": if it is below minimum, top up with oil that matches the specifications in the owner's manual, using the yellow filler neck nearby. The coolant reservoir is located on the right side of the engine bay. Again, the correct level is between "min" and "max". Only top up with fluid of the same colour as that in the reservoir.

The brake fluid container is located on the opposite side, above the battery, and the level must never drop below the minimum. The windscreen washer fluid reservoir is found at the top right near the windscreen; fill until you can see the fluid: do not fill with water.

The battery is maintenance-free, and if it needs to be replaced, it is recommended to consult an authorised workshop. To close the bonnet, push down from the centre until about 30 cm from the latch, then let it drop.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
