Remove the Radio from the Dodge Caliber

Do you want to replace the radio in the Dodge Caliber? Here’s how to remove it from the centre console. To take out the radio, remove the gear knob and the trim.

Remove the gear knob to take off the cover of the console that sits underneath it. Once the cover is removed, unscrew the securing screws on either side of the radio using a screwdriver, pull out the radio, and disconnect the cables (power and antenna).

To reassemble, follow the disassembly steps in reverse.

Test the radio's operation at the end of the assembly.
