Where to Find the Chassis Number (VIN) on the DS4 MK1

Let's see where to find the chassis number of the Citroen DS4. The legal chassis number, that is the Vehicle Identification Number, which is stamped on the chassis, is located under the bonnet, beneath the ventilation grille, and can be seen by lifting the bonnet. It is a string of 17 alphanumeric characters and is situated on the right side, facing the passenger (for left-hand drive cars). There are also other "non-legal" locations where the chassis number is repeated: on the driver's side windscreen, on the door pillar, also on the driver's side, and of course in the vehicle registration document, in section 2 at letter E).
