How to remove the steering wheel airbag of the Fiat 500 X

Today we will explain how to remove the steering wheel airbag from the Fiat 500 X. To remove the airbag, we need to insert a flat-head screwdriver into the side hole in order to push the internal lever and then remove the central part of the steering wheel. After removing the central part, disconnect the connector in order to remove the airbag contained inside. Before removing the airbag from the steering wheel, it is advisable to disconnect the battery as during the removal operation it could activate and therefore cause physical harm to the person performing the action.
