How to install the spare wheel inside the Fiat Ducato

Fiat Ducato campervans often do not come with a spare wheel, and this object, which many consider bulky and unnecessary, can actually make a difference in case one of the wheels gets punctured. Today, we will explain how to install a spare wheel on this type of campervan using the original Fiat KIT.

We start by mounting the pad on the undercarriage, using an M8 bolt and a wheel. We continue by installing the winch and the control mechanism, which should also be installed in the center of the undercarriage where the threaded holes are located. To install the winch control mechanism, we must position the control near the rear wheel and mount it with the provided rivets. We conclude the installation by activating the mechanism for positioning the wheel.

We then take the objects provided and lower the mechanism, insert the wheel, and secure everything in place.
