How do you replace the steering wheel airbag of the Fiat 500?

In order to replace the steering wheel airbag of the Fiat 500, you need to lever with an object in the back of the steering wheel, so that you can remove the two hooks in the rear holes: once these two hooks have been disengaged, you can remove the airbag from its housing, so that you can disconnect the corresponding connectors. You will need to connect the new replacement airbag to them, which must be positioned in the center of the steering wheel: to secure it, you will need to reattach the underlying hooks and then verify that everything works.
