Video tutorial
Detailed instructions - Today, see how to replace the spark plugs on the Fiat 500. Start the replacement by unscrewing the 10mm fixing bolts of the air filter box. Disconnect the air intake hose and lift the box to free it from the top of the engine. Pull the outer part of the spark plug to remove it from its seat. Insert a 16mm spark plug socket with an extension to turn counterclockwise and unscrew the used spark plug. Insert the new spark plug and initially turn it by hand, then help yourself with the extension. Before inserting the spark plug, lubricate it with grease. Using a torque wrench, tighten to 20-25 Nm and connect the top of the spark plug to the lead. Finally, refit the spark plug cover and the air filter box.
