You will need: spark plugs with a temperature grade and pitch suitable for the vehicle, spark plug wrench, feeler gauge, torque wrench. First check the distance of the electrodes prescribed by the manufacturer of the spark plugs using a thickness gauge. Detach the spark plug caps, unscrew the spark plugs with the socket wrench and insert the new spark plugs, possibly putting a film of oil on the thread, inserting them very carefully (tighten them by hand) and then use the dynamometer to be sure to have given the right tightening torque (Indicated by the vehicle manufacturer). Replace the pipettes making sure they make firm contact with the spark plug. Start the vehicle for test and verify that the engine does not stop or exhibits pops or hollows.

How do you replace the battery of the BMW R 1250 GS?
