Replacing the External Handle on Fiat 500

Model: Fiat 500 312 - Years 2007-2021

Open the door to access the T25 Torx screw located beside the handle: unscrew it. Remove the door panel by first taking off the various cover plastics: one is located in the glove compartment, two on the side of the panel, and one near the internal handle. Unscrew all the screws that were hidden by these plastics. Use a plastic trim tool to pry around the panel and remove it from the door, then disconnect the connectors. Remove the cover behind the panel and unscrew the handle, pulling it out from the outside along with all the mechanism.
