Replacing the Fuel Filter on a Fiat 500

Model: Fiat 500 312 - Years 2007-2021

Lift the bonnet and prop it open with the support rod. Locate the fuel filter, which is clearly shown in the video: it is situated behind the engine bay, slightly to your left (if facing the vehicle). Disconnect the hoses attached to the top of the filter, then cover the connections to prevent dirt from entering. Unscrew the side bolt that secures the filter, lift it out, and disconnect the connector underneath. Position a tray underneath and unscrew the lower cap of the filter housing. Once all the fluid has drained out, replace the filter and the O-ring on the cap, and you're done.
