To access the rear seat belt, first remove the panel starting from the seat. Unscrew the bolts of the rear seat located in the boot, as shown in the video.

Also, unscrew the locking bolts of the seat found at the front. Recline the seat backs and unscrew the final locking bolts, this time located behind them (see video).

At this point, you can extract the seats and unscrew the lower locking bolt of the seat belt. Voila! Now you can remove the seat belt! At this point, simply lift the upper cover and remove that bolt as well.

As mentioned earlier, if you also want to remove the seat belt retractor, just detach the panel which will come off easily by pulling.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat. Be careful of any electrical cables or components that may be connected to the seat during removal. Once the rear seat is removed, the disassembly is complete.
