Before you can start, open the rear door of your Fiat Panda. Begin by inserting the tip of a flat screwdriver into the gap between the window crank handle and the door panel.

Then, pry it off to release the clip that secures the handle to the mechanism. This will free the handle itself.

At this point, disengage and remove the handle from its housing. Once you have completed this step, the disassembly will be finished.
