In this video tutorial, you will see how to remove and replace the fuel pump of the Fiat Stilo with a 1.9 JTD engine. First, climb into the rear and start by removing the rear seat by lifting it upwards; then remove the fuel pump cover.

At this point, disconnect the diesel pipes, followed by the electrical connector of the fuel level sensor; all that’s left is to unscrew the pump collar to remove it and replace it with the new one, applying the reverse procedure of disassembly!
