In this video tutorial we will see how to remove and replace the fuel pump of the Fiat Stilo, with 1.9 JTD engine. First we go up on the back and start by disassembling and removing the sofa, lifting it upwards; after which we remove the fuel pump cover. At this point we are going to disconnect the diesel pipes, subsequently disconnecting the electrical connector of the fuel level sensor; we just have to unscrew the ring nut of the pump to remove it and replace it with the new one, applying the reverse procedure of disassembly!
