Operation: How to remove the EGR valve from the Fiat Ducato?

In order to remove the EGR valve from the Fiat Ducato, the bonnet must be opened so that the components inside the engine compartment can be accessed. The valve will be positioned in the rear part of the engine block, in the part between the intake manifold and the exhaust manifold: by unscrewing the bolts that secure the valve and disconnecting the connectors of the various sensors, it will be possible to remove the valve from its housing so to be replaced with a new spare part. After lubricating the area, you will be able to insert the valve and mount it with the bolts.
