How to Remove the EGR Valve on a Fiat Ducato 2.3 MultiJet

In this guide, we will see the main instructions on how to remove and replace the EGR valve on the Fiat Ducato 2.3 MultiJet. First, open the vehicle's engine bonnet and start unscrewing the fixing screws of the EGR valve located on the sides, using a T27 torx spanner; then disconnect the wiring and the pipe of the EGR valve to remove it, as shown in the video. At this point, clean the EGR using suitable products, opting for replacement if damaged; reassemble and reconnect your EGR valve, applying the reverse procedure.
