How to Replace the Rear Hinge Glass Seal on the Fiat Panda

To replace the rear hinge glass seals on the vehicle, follow these steps: It is advisable to place masking tape around the glass to avoid scratches on the bodywork. First, remove the screw securing the lower hinge, then unscrew the three screws securing the rear opening handle. Finally, remove the screw securing the upper hinge, and at this point, you can take out the glass. Clean the glass thoroughly, removing any residue from the old seal, and mark the start and end points of the seal on the masking tape. Begin laying the new seal on the profile starting from the marked point, ensuring it adheres perfectly, especially in the corners. Once positioned, cut off any excess and complete the installation. Finally, take the glass again to refit it.
