This guide shows how to replace the rear brake pads of the Fiat Ducato x250; this procedure is also applicable to the Citroen Relay. The first step is to lift the rear of the vehicle and remove the wheel. Next, remove the two 13 mm bolts that secure the brake caliper. You can then remove the two brake pads and push the caliper piston back. Replace the guide and sliding pads; at this point, grease the ends of the pads to prevent squeaking. Refit the caliper and the wheel.
