Once you have completed maintenance work on your vehicle, such as an oil change, you will need to reset the service light. Get in your vehicle, insert the key, and turn on the ignition. Press the accelerator pedal fully, then press the brake pedal seven times. Next, hold the accelerator pedal for sixty seconds, then release it. Turn off the ignition, wait about thirty seconds, and then turn the ignition back on. At this point, you're done.
