You need a 24mm socket wrench and a medium-sized split screwdriver you have to detach the tabs at the rear of the steering wheel, then you have to remove the airbag as shown in the video and then disconnect the control and horn cables. Then you have to unscrew the central bolt with a jack spanner, using a slight force. At this point the steering wheel will come away from its seat.
