To carry out this operation, in addition to having good manual skills regarding the electrical part, you need to purchase the cruise control stalk from an Alfa Romeo 147 or 159: it can be found for £65.00 on eBay (+ £10.00 delivery) and the brake pedal switch from a Fiat Panda with 4 pins costing £17.99 on eBay, with free delivery.

You need to remove the dashboard, which in the video is shown from underneath.

Once the fuse panel cover is removed, unscrew the two internal screws and the side screw, then one underneath, another that is not visible under the lever that releases the front bonnet, and one under the steering wheel tilt lever. Remove the panel.

Identify the connector where you will need to work with the red, white, and black wires. Also remove the steering wheel cover, and the video clearly shows the colours of the various wires, providing a very clear diagram of the various connections, which you can join with a simple connector.

Remove the passenger side of the dashboard as well. Make the necessary connections and reassemble this part of the dashboard.

Check the brake switch to see if it is a two-pin or four-pin; if there are 4 wires, it is a 4-pin. You will see the stalk already positioned, then you will need to shape the steering wheel cover to fit it. Now all that is left is to close everything up following the reverse action.
