Fiat Panda - Video tutorial

Model: Fiat Panda 169, MK 2 - Years 2003-2012
Part: Steering wheel
Operation: How to replace the leak on a Fiat Panda version 169

Let's see how to replace the steering wheel of a fiat Panda version 169: we can also find it used on E-bay for 65.00 euros (+15.00 euros for shipping) but we know that second-hand opportunities must be seized on the fly. Even a wrecker can help you with this part. The first thing to do is to disconnect the negative pole of the battery. Then we have to remove the horn/airbag assembly; there are no screws but only hooks corresponding to the three spokes of the steering wheel, inserting a screwdriver from behind. We remove the electrical connectors. Now we can remove the 24 nut that holds the steering wheel in place. On the steering column and on the steering wheel we have a notch that allows us to put it perfectly straight. We remove the old one, being careful not to move anything contained in the box, and put the new one back in place. Connect the airbag and horn electrical connectors and press it back into place. Now all that remains is to reconnect the negative pole of the battery. Job finished.

How to open the Piaggio Beverly saddle with a flat battery

In today's video we see how to open the Piaggio Beverly saddle in case the service battery has run out. First we proceed by opening the compartment on the shield, using the appropriate key. Inside we will find a lever that we will have to pull; at the same time we proceed to unhook the saddle, lifting it. These two operations together, with a little elbow grease, will allow you to open the saddle in cases of extreme need. In fact, we recommend carrying out this operation only if strictly necessary, otherwise it could compromise the correct functioning of the mechanism in the long run.
