Today, you will change the engine oil and oil filter, performing the routine maintenance service on the Fiat Palio, following the instructions below. First, lift the vehicle and start unscrewing the oil drain bolt located on the sump, using a 12 mm socket spanner, allowing it to drain into a container for about ten minutes; then unscrew and replace the oil filter cartridge, screwing it in by hand and tightening it gently.

Finally, unscrew the filler cap and top up with the new engine oil!
