How to Replace the Glow Plugs on a Fiat Stilo

If the glow plug warning light flashes on the instrument panel during starting, you can perform a diagnosis and check the fault memory in the engine management ECU to identify which glow plug is faulty. However, given the relatively low cost, it is advisable to replace all four. To facilitate the replacement of the glow plugs, first remove the plastic cover from the engine, then detach the EGR valve. Disconnect the feed wire from the glow plug and use a socket spanner to unscrew it. Apply copper grease to the threads of the new glow plug and screw it in, reconnecting the wire before reassembling the EGR valve.
