See how to replace the EGR valve on a Fiat Talento from 2016 onwards. First, disconnect the negative terminal of the battery, then you need to move some components as it is located in a very crowded area of the engine. Disconnect the electrical connectors, move the coolant reservoir, disconnect hoses and ducts (fuel supply, air ducts, wiring harnesses) that may obstruct the work. Now remove the bracket holding the EGR valve: unscrew the fastening bolts and remove the valve. Remove the old gasket and fit a new one on the new valve, which you can find on AliExpress with code 1005008685500380 for £130.19 with free delivery. Now reconnect all the hoses, electrical connectors, and components that you moved or removed. Reconnect the battery and you are done. It is not an easy job, but with a bit of patience and attention, it can be done.
